Assets vs. Liabilities

KPI Group: Accounting

What it Measures

This KPI reports asset account balances versus liability account balances for each general ledger fund/AMP, with the option to drill-down and view the totals by FDS Line Item Code.

When to Use it and Why

This KPI provides a graphical representation of the asset and liability accounts found on a standard general ledger balance sheet. It creates a bar chart comparison of your various funds showing each fund's financial health as it relates to assets and liabilities.

You are also able to drill-down to view a percentage breakdown of total assets and total liabilities displayed in a pie chart.

Current Refresh Frequency

Monthly: Values are updated in HIP at the end of each month.

Historical Archive Frequency

Monthly: Values are created, or archived, at the end of the month; you can compare each month using the historical or net change view.
